The work Wine Pavillion by Qiu Xiaofei was sold in the 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 2,000,000.00 (€ 226,541.79), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Qiu Xiaofei; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Desolate Wood sold at auction in May 2014 with the realized price of HKD 4,240,000.00 (€ 400,997.07).

Die Arbeit Wine Pavillion von Qiu Xiaofei wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 2.000.000,00 (€ 226.541,79) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Qiu Xiaofei; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Desolate Wood im Mai 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 4.240.000,00 (€ 400.997,07).
