Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Regular Script Calligraphy by Qian Weicheng was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2015. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 100,300.00 (€ 11,717.71). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qian Weicheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River Landscapes in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 16,840,000.00 (€ 1,947,606.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Regular Script Calligraphy von Qian Weicheng kam im Oktober 2015 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 100.300,00 (€ 11.717,71) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qian Weicheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River Landscapes im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.840.000,00 (€ 1.947.606,24).
