Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2017 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscapes by Qian Weicheng. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 236,000.00 (€ 26,948.02), 18% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qian Weicheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River Landscapes in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 16,840,000.00 (€ 1,947,606.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2017 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscapes von Qian Weicheng zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 236.000,00 (€ 26.948,02) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qian Weicheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River Landscapes im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.840.000,00 (€ 1.947.606,24).
