Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape by Qian Weicheng was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2006. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 40,800.00 (€ 3,956.62). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qian Weicheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River Landscapes in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 16,840,000.00 (€ 1,947,606.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Qian Weicheng kam im November 2006 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 40.800,00 (€ 3.956,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qian Weicheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River Landscapes im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.840.000,00 (€ 1.947.606,24).
