Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Poem in Running Script by Qi Zhijia was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 107,100.00 (€ 12,949.17) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qi Zhijia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Winter Landscape in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 177,967.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Poem in Running Script von Qi Zhijia kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 107.100,00 (€ 12.949,17) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 120.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qi Zhijia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Winter Landscape im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 177.967,61).
