Each leaf inscribed and signed, with a total of thirty-eight seals of the artist
Dated dinghai year (1647)
Poems by Qi Zhijia on each opposite leaf
Twenty collectors' seals, eleven of which are of Chen Kuilin (1885-1928)

Artwork auctioned at six times the upper estimate price
The work Landscapes after Old Masters by Qi Zhijia was worth HKD 980,000.00 (€ 97,171.41) to a buyer in November 2012. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Qi Zhijia; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Winter Landscape sold at auction in September 2016 with the realized price of USD 200,000.00 (€ 177,967.61).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 150.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
