The price achieved of USD 5,019.00 (€ 4,083.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Preston Dickinson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life No. 1 in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 665,000.00 (€ 534,651.87).
