Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Eagle) by Piotr Uklański was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2018. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,379.32). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piotr Uklański achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Nazis in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 568,000.00 (€ 848,642.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Eagle) von Piotr Uklański kam im November 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.379,32) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piotr Uklański erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Nazis im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 568.000,00 (€ 848.642,61).
