Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les Martigues by Pietro de Francisco was auctioned at Artcurial in October 2014. The price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pietro de Francisco - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Burano, Venice, which sold at auction in April 2007 for GBP 4,320.00 (€ 6,325.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Les Martigues von Pietro de Francisco kam im Oktober 2014 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Pietro de Francisco mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Burano, Venice beobachtet, die im April 2007 für GBP 4.320,00 (€ 6.325,04) versteigert wurde.
