Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2009 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master & Early British Paintings, which included the work A Young Woman Leaning Out Of A Window by Philips Koninck. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,364.41). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Philips Koninck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A woodland landscape with a cottage and figures in October 2019 with an auction result of USD 262,500.00 (€ 235,320.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2009 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master & Early British Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Young Woman Leaning Out Of A Window von Philips Koninck zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.364,41) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Philips Koninck erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A woodland landscape with a cottage and figures im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 262.500,00 (€ 235.320,48).
