The work Heigh-Ho! Flowers by Philip Sutton was worth GBP 5,376.00 (€ 6,192.95) to a buyer in December this year. This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art Online Sale at Bonhams in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Philip Sutton; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Flowers From Crown House sold at auction in December 2007 with the realized price of GBP 6,500.00 (€ 8,832.40).
