Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pham Hau | Planting Rice by Pham Hau was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July last year. The price achieved of HKD 478,800.00 (€ 59,744.40) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 380,000.00 – 580,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pham Hau achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Golden Sunset over Halong Bay in November 2021 with an auction result of HKD 9,732,500.00 (€ 1,082,155.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pham Hau | Planting Rice von Pham Hau kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 478.800,00 (€ 59.744,40) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 380.000,00 – 580.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pham Hau erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Golden Sunset over Halong Bay im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 9.732.500,00 (€ 1.082.155,36).
