Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Petrina Hicks achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Shanae and Jade, 2005 (image size) in April this year with an auction result of AUD 39,360.00 (€ 23,591.04).

Die Arbeit Venus, 2013 von Petrina Hicks kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Sidney zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von AUD 2.091,00 (€ 1.997,33) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 74%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Petrina Hicks erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Shanae and Jade, 2005 (image size) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 39.360,00 (€ 23.591,04).
