Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Yellow Dacha, Kuntsevo by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 298,000.00 (€ 336,790.79), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor, which sold at auction in June 2008 for GBP 1,049,250.00 (€ 1,326,287.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Yellow Dacha, Kuntsevo von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky kam im Juni 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 298.000,00 (€ 336.790,79) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Für andere Arbeiten von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor beobachtet, die im Juni 2008 für GBP 1.049.250,00 (€ 1.326.287,18) versteigert wurde.
