The work Indian Summer by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 118,750.00 (€ 130,782.54), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 70%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,049,250.00 (€ 1,326,287.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 70 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Indian Summer von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 118.750,00 (€ 130.782,54) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 70%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.049.250,00 (€ 1.326.287,18).
