This artwork by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2021. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Still Life with Teapot and Tray sold for GBP 1,043,500.00 (€ 1,225,167.18) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 350,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor sold at auction in June 2008 with the realized price of GBP 1,049,250.00 (€ 1,326,287.18).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky erzielte im November 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Still Life with Teapot and Tray für GBP 1.043.500,00 (€ 1.225.167,18) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 350.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor im Juni 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 1.049.250,00 (€ 1.326.287,18).
