Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky could be acquired at Sothebys in London in November 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Standing Nude By A Stream changed hands for GBP 93,750.00 (€ 105,747.15) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,049,250.00 (€ 1,326,287.18).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky konnte im November 2018 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wechselte die Arbeit Standing Nude By A Stream für GBP 93.750,00 (€ 105.747,15) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.049.250,00 (€ 1.326.287,18).
