Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fir Tree In Winter by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The price achieved of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 26,789.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Todzuro Kavarasaki, a Japanese actor in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,049,250.00 (€ 1,326,287.18).

Die Arbeit Fir Tree In Winter von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 26.789,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Petr Petrovich Konchalovsky erzielen.
