Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Peter Unsworth could be acquired at Christies in London in May 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and Continental Pictures and Prints auction, the work A Day In The Park changed hands for GBP 480.00 (€ 700.64) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Other works by Peter Unsworth have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in March 2004 by the work Leaving the Dinosaur Park, circa 1978 at GBP 597.50 (€ 894.40).
