The work Confrontation by Paul Sample was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2017. The result of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,680.95) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Sample achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Good Farming--Good Living in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 241,000.00 (€ 164,079.52).

Die Arbeit Confrontation von Paul Sample kam im November 2017 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.680,95) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00.
