In February 2020 Christies in London held the auction First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online, which included the work Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (11) by Paul Pfeiffer. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,141.27), 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Pfeiffer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Race Riot in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 144,000.00 (€ 108,589.10).

Im Februar 2020 führte Christies in London die Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (11) von Paul Pfeiffer zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.141,27) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Pfeiffer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Race Riot im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 144.000,00 (€ 108.589,10).
