The price achieved of USD 4,096.00 (€ 3,755.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Dougherty have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Majestic Coast in August 2021 with an auction result of USD 44,062.50 (€ 37,341.10).
