It achieved a price of USD 5,760.00 (€ 5,314.14), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 15%. Admittedly, works by Paul Dougherty have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Majestic Coast in August 2021 with an auction result of USD 44,062.50 (€ 37,341.10).
