Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Figure on a path in a landscape looking across a river by Patrick Nasmyth was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,109.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Patrick Nasmyth achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A view near Woburn, Bedfordshire in September 2010 with an auction result of GBP 37,250.00 (€ 43,083.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Figure on a path in a landscape looking across a river von Patrick Nasmyth kam im November 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.109,86) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Patrick Nasmyth erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A view near Woburn, Bedfordshire im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.250,00 (€ 43.083,58).
