Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Parker Ito could be acquired at Phillips in London in December 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the New Now auction, the work The Most Infamous Girl in the History of the Internet changed hands for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,216.03) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Parker Ito achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Agony And The Ecstasy in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 68,244.78).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Parker Ito konnte im Dezember 2019 bei Phillips in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion New Now wechselte die Arbeit The Most Infamous Girl in the History of the Internet für GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.216,03) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Parker Ito erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Agony And The Ecstasy im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 68.244,78).
