Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Inkjet painting #16 (8 color ink, variation) by Parker Ito was sold in the No Regrets: The Collectors' Edition auction at Christies in London in October last year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,890.00 (€ 2,201.83) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Parker Ito achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Agony And The Ecstasy in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 68,244.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Inkjet painting #16 (8 color ink, variation) von Parker Ito wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion No Regrets: The Collectors' Edition bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.890,00 (€ 2.201,83) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Parker Ito erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Agony And The Ecstasy im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 68.244,78).
