The work Marmaduke by Panamarenko was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2019. It achieved a price of EUR 21,250.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Panamarenko achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Prova-Car in June 2005 with an auction result of GBP 232,000.00 (€ 343,838.65).

Die Arbeit Marmaduke von Panamarenko kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 21.250,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Panamarenko erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Prova-Car im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 232.000,00 (€ 343.838,65).
