Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Pan Yuliang achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2015. In the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction, the work Reclining Nude sold for HKD 250,000.00 (€ 30,533.99) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pan Yuliang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lady Bathers At The Seashore in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 17,400,000.00 (€ 1,988,794.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pan Yuliang erzielte im November 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) wurde die Arbeit Reclining Nude für HKD 250.000,00 (€ 30.533,99) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pan Yuliang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lady Bathers At The Seashore im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 17.400.000,00 (€ 1.988.794,26).
