The »bidding war« ended at USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,727.69), 41% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pacita Abad achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Orange Punch in May 2018 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 75,112.47).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 4.727,69) und damit 41% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pacita Abad erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Orange Punch im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 75.112,47).
