Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bacchanale Avec Chevreau Et Spectateur (B. 931) by Pablo Picasso was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Prints including Pablo Picasso: Master Printmaker, Works from a Private European Collection auction at Sothebys in London in September 2010. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 45,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 49,250.00 (€ 56,962.85). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pablo Picasso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les femmes d'Alger (Version 'O') in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 179,365,000.00 (€ 163,148,080.77).
