Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Petite bacchante à la feuille by Pablo Gargallo was sold in the Art Moderne auction at Christies in Paris in October 2017. The price achieved of EUR 25,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pablo Gargallo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Masque D'Arlequin Souriant Iii, 1927 in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 490,896.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Petite bacchante à la feuille von Pablo Gargallo wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Art Moderne bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 25.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pablo Gargallo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Masque D'Arlequin Souriant Iii, 1927 im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 490.896,00.
