Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Circus Triptych by Pamela J. Crook was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in July this year. The price achieved of GBP 1,792.00 (€ 2,090.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pamela J. Crook have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tiger Child in March 2013 with an auction result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,782.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Circus Triptych von Pamela J. Crook wurde im Juli diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.792,00 (€ 2.090,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pamela J. Crook auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tiger Child im März 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.782,07).
