Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Swimming Pool by Pamela J. Crook was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2017. The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,385.21) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pamela J. Crook - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tiger Child, which sold at auction in March 2013 for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,782.07).

Die Arbeit Swimming Pool von Pamela J. Crook kam im November 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 6.385,21) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Pamela J. Crook mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tiger Child beobachtet, die im März 2013 für GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.782,07) versteigert wurde.
