This price was achieved in the auction First Open | Online at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 10,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ouattara Watts achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Afro Beat in May last year with an auction result of USD 781,200.00 (€ 727,984.34).
