Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Voralpenlandschaft mit See. by Otto Lange was sold in the Online Only 2020/2021 - Online Only 2 – 31.7.-16.8.20 auction at Grisebach in August 2020. The price achieved of EUR 1,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Otto Lange achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Junge mit Gans in December 2005 with an auction result of EUR 14,875.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Voralpenlandschaft mit See. von Otto Lange wurde im August 2020 in der Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - Online Only 2 – 31.7.-16.8.20 bei Grisebach versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Otto Lange erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Junge mit Gans im Dezember 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.875,00.
