Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Jul" by Otto Hesselbom was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. The price achieved of SEK 22,000.00 (€ 1,867.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Otto Hesselbom have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Vårt land" (Our Country) in December 2019 with an auction result of SEK 145,000.00 (€ 13,819.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Jul" von Otto Hesselbom kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 22.000,00 (€ 1.867,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Otto Hesselbom auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Vårt land" (Our Country) im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 145.000,00 (€ 13.819,36).
