This artwork by Otto Hesselbom achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2020. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work "Vårt land. Motiv från Dalsland” (Landscape from Dalsland, Sweden) sold for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,963.21) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 50,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Otto Hesselbom; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Vårt land" (Our Country) sold at auction in December 2019 with the realized price of SEK 145,000.00 (€ 13,819.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 80 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Otto Hesselbom erzielte im Dezember 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wurde die Arbeit "Vårt land. Motiv från Dalsland” (Landscape from Dalsland, Sweden) für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.963,21) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 50.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Otto Hesselbom; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Vårt land" (Our Country) im Dezember 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 145.000,00 (€ 13.819,36).
