The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,650.00 (€ 8,971.21), 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Otakar Kubin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Récolte Des Pommes De Terre - Circa 1909 - 1910 in March 2018 with an auction result of EUR 244,600.00.

Die Arbeit A garden bouquet von Otakar Kubin wurde im Juli 2021 in der Auktion British and European Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 7.650,00 (€ 8.971,21) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Otakar Kubin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Récolte Des Pommes De Terre - Circa 1909 - 1910 im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 244.600,00.
