Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Otakar Kubin could be acquired at ff in London in November 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective auction, the work Czech spring Landscape changed hands for GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,689.66) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Otakar Kubin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Récolte Des Pommes De Terre - Circa 1909 - 1910 in March 2018 with an auction result of EUR 244,600.00.

In der Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective wechselte die Arbeit Czech spring Landscape für GBP 11.250,00 (€ 12.689,66) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Otakar Kubin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Récolte Des Pommes De Terre - Circa 1909 - 1910 im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 244.600,00.
