Upper estimate price exceeded by 71 %.
The work Landschaft (Landscape) by Oskar Kokoschka was auctioned at Sothebys in London in February 2008. It achieved a price of GBP 25,700.00 (€ 33,614.59), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 71%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Oskar Kokoschka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Joseph De Montesquiou-Fezensac in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 20,395,200.00 (€ 18,012,187.58).
