Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Óscar Domínguez could be acquired at Christies in Paris in October 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Collection Alain Bouret auction, the work Le Coq changed hands for EUR 10,625.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Óscar Domínguez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Toro Y Torero (Composition Au Taureau) in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,805,000.00 (€ 2,488,826.92).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Óscar Domínguez konnte im Oktober 2021 bei Christies in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Collection Alain Bouret wechselte die Arbeit Le Coq für EUR 10.625,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Óscar Domínguez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Toro Y Torero (Composition Au Taureau) im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.805.000,00 (€ 2.488.826,92).
