This artwork by Olga Davenport achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2009. In the 20th Century British Art including The Olga Davenport Collection auction, the work Green House sold for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 2,965.46) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Olga Davenport - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Orange Flower, which sold at auction in March 2009 for GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,470.10).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Olga Davenport erzielte im März 2009 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century British Art including The Olga Davenport Collection wurde die Arbeit Green House für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 2.965,46) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Olga Davenport mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Orange Flower beobachtet, die im März 2009 für GBP 6.000,00 (€ 6.470,10) versteigert wurde.
