In November 2000 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction TWENTIETH CENTURY ART, which included the work Still life with a bottle, a glass and an egg by Olav Cleofas. The »bidding war« ended at NLG 17,553.00 (€ 8,223.30), 17% above the upper estimate. With this result, Still life with a bottle, a glass and an egg is even the most expensive work of art by Olav Cleofas that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2000 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion TWENTIETH CENTURY ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still life with a bottle, a glass and an egg von Olav Cleofas zur Versteigerung kam.
