Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Curated, which included this untitled work by Nikolas Gambaroff. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,523.87). Admittedly, works by Nikolas Gambaroff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 45,935.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Curated durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nikolas Gambaroff zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.523,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nikolas Gambaroff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 45.935,62).
