Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portraits by Nicolas Party was auctioned at Phillips in London in September this year. The price achieved of GBP 7,620.00 (€ 7,620.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicolas Party achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blue Sunset in November last year with an auction result of HKD 52,050,000.00 (€ 6,458,979.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portraits von Nicolas Party kam im September diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 7.620,00 (€ 7.620,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicolas Party erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blue Sunset im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 52.050.000,00 (€ 6.458.979,95).
