Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Hunger by Nazif Topçuoğlu was auctioned at Sothebys in London in April 2012. The price achieved of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 14,564.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Nazif Topçuoğlu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2010 the work Triptych was auctioned for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 24,454.59).
