Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Nat Finkelstein could be acquired at Phillips in New York in 2009 for an unexpectedly low price. In the New York New York auction, the work A Catalogue as Multiple: Andy Warhol changed hands for USD 438.00 (€ 382.80) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 500.00 – 700.00. Admittedly, works by Nat Finkelstein have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Andy Warhol and friends, circa 1964, printed later in October 2000 with an auction result of GBP 1,175.00 (€ 2,008.41).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
