In April 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction More, which included the work Sculpture "Boy" - Circa 1980 by Nancy Dwyer. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 845.00 41% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nancy Dwyer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aging Punks in September 2010 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,190.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 41 % übertroffen
Im April 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion More durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sculpture "Boy" - Circa 1980 von Nancy Dwyer zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 845,00 und damit 41% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nancy Dwyer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aging Punks im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 9.190,50).
