Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Moshe Gershuni was sold in the Israeli & International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2018. The price achieved of USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,183.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Moshe Gershuni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2009 with an auction result of USD 59,375.00 (€ 39,599.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Moshe Gershuni wurde im Dezember 2018 in der Auktion Israeli & International Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.183,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Moshe Gershuni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 59.375,00 (€ 39.599,17).
