Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Personaggi by Mino Maccari was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Milan in May 2007. The price achieved of EUR 3,720.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mino Maccari - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tre figure, which sold at auction in May 2001 for ITL 10,412,500.00 (€ 9,852.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Personaggi von Mino Maccari wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.720,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Mino Maccari mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tre figure beobachtet, die im Mai 2001 für ITL 10.412.500,00 (€ 9.852,16) versteigert wurde.
